Description
Stress and flexibility analysis of a 2″ diameter pipeline being rerouted to an elevated pipe rack, ensuring mechanical integrity, ASME B31.3 compliance, control of loads transmitted to existing structures, and adequacy of the new elevated layout, with wind and seismic loading evaluated per 1997 UBC. After incorporating all required supports and restraints, including additional supports and guides, the piping system was confirmed to fully meet both stress and flexibility requirements, with no non compliances identified against ASME B31.3, ensuring a safe and code compliant design for the new rack routing.
