The purpose of this analysis is to check the wall of existing tank TK96, with a nominal diameter of 36595 mm and 20100 mm in height, under the action of the forces imposed by the new roof planned to be installed.
First, a thickness check has been carried out according to API 650 code, with the software Tank.
Secondly, a structural verification of the tank wall has been carried out according to the Eurocode using the software Robot.
