Verification of two supports of the new Water Deluge System for the Propylene Polymerization unit, Tarragona.
A mechanical calculation was performed to determine the seismic loads induced in the supports by the own weight of the piping system and the fluid. Once the reactions in the supports were obtained, the profiles, base plate and anchor bolts of the supports were calculated.
