Description
The purpose of this study was the identification of hazards by means of a HAZOP/FMEA risk assessment of a Voltage Regulation system. The analysis was followed by a WHAT IF Analysis to evaluate all risky scenarios in detail.
The scope of the project was the analysis and qualitative/quantitative evaluation of industrial risks as a consequence of the probable occurrence of events, causing personal and/or material damage. Likewise, the definition of recommendations aimed at reducing the probability and severity of the risks evaluated.
