Description
The objective of the project is to analyze the venting needs and maximum allowable working pressure of fifteen (15) storage tanks for the selection of new P/V valves.
Firstly, the inbreathing and outbreathing rates were obtained in accordance with API STD 2000 Seventh Edition; then, the maximum working pressure was obtained according to API STD 650 Twelfth Edition, Add. 3 of 2018.
Tanks evaluated have fixed roof, with diameters ranging from 55m to 8m, with heights from 22m to 10m respectively.
